The following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services from Mrs. Kay’s. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All Sales Final

All sales are final at the time of purchase. Due to the custom, made-to-order, and limited-production nature of Mrs. Kay’s merchandise, no cancellations, changes, exchanges, returns, or refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

Orders cannot be modified once submitted. Please confirm all details—including style, size, color, measurements, and specifications—before completing your purchase.

Submitting an order constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms.

Ordering Timeline

Clients are strongly encouraged to place orders well in advance of their event date to allow sufficient time for production, delivery, and any necessary alterations. Clients are responsible for accounting for travel time and scheduling needs.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change based on production schedules. Mrs. Kay’s reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines at its discretion without prior notice. Delivery timelines vary by design and product type.

How to Order

Mrs. Kay’s accepts orders through the following methods.

Online Orders
Orders placed through the website are processed via a secure checkout system. An automated confirmation email is sent upon submission. Payments are processed within 24 hours.

Phone Orders
Customer Service is available Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM EST at (413) 636-5831.

Mail Orders
Orders may be submitted by U.S. mail using a completed order form and payment. Please contact us for the mailing address. Orders are confirmed via email once received.

All order forms must be completed in full. Incomplete submissions may result in processing or delivery delays.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to or fulfilled within the state of Connecticut, as required by law.

Email Communication

A valid and current email address is required for all orders. All confirmations, updates, and time-sensitive communications will be delivered via email. Clients are responsible for monitoring their inbox for important order information.

Color & Dye Lot Variations

Colors may vary between website images, reference materials, and finished garments due to dye lot differences. Mrs. Kay’s cannot guarantee exact color matching across separate orders or fabric bolts.

For bridal party orders, it is strongly recommended that all garments be ordered together to reduce color variation. Orders placed separately may result in visible shade differences. Fabric-only orders are cut from different bolts than garment orders and may vary in color.

Color variation is not considered a defect.

Swatches

Mrs. Kay’s does not provide fabric swatches.

Website Use & License

Mrs. Kay’s grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license may be revoked at any time without notice.

Users may not use the website for commercial, political, or unlawful purposes; copy, scrape, or collect content using automated or manual tools; reproduce or frame trademarks or proprietary content; impersonate any person or entity; or interfere with site functionality or user access.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, images, text, graphics, videos, and logos—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Mrs. Kay’s or its licensors.
