Photoshoot Contract

This Model Contract (“Agreement”) is made between Mrs. Kay’s (“Designer/Organizer”) and the undersigned model (“Model”). If the Model is under 18, this Agreement must also be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Model will participate in a photoshoot organized by Mrs. Kay’s.

Model's Commitment

The Model agrees to: > Arrive on time and prepared for the photoshoot. > Follow styling, wardrobe, and posing directions provided by Mrs. Kay’s. > Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the photoshoot.

Mrs. Kay’s Commitment

Mrs. Kay’s agrees to: > Conduct the photoshoot in a professional and respectful manner. > Provide clear communication regarding styling, poses, and expectations. > Deliver final edited images within a reasonable timeframe after the photoshoot.

Compensation

The Model understands that this photoshoot is a non-compensated collaboration unless otherwise stated in writing. No wages, salary, or monetary compensation will be provided.

Use of Images (Release)

The Model grants Mrs. Kay’s the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs, video, and audio recordings from the photoshoot for the following purposes: Social media platforms Mrs. Kay’s website Marketing and promotional materials Portfolios, lookbooks, exhibitions, or fashion events The Model waives any right to royalties or compensation arising from the use of these images.

Ownership of Images

All copyrights and intellectual property rights of the photographs remain the sole property of Mrs. Kay’s. The Model may use the final edited images for personal portfolio and social media purposes, provided proper credit is given to Mrs. Kay’s.

Yes, I understand

Liability

The Model releases and discharges Mrs. Kay’s, its staff, representatives, event assistants, and the venue owners from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising out of or connected to participation in the photoshoot. Type below your name to agree to above statement.

Confidentiality

The Model agrees not to disclose or share any unreleased images, behind-the-scenes content, or sensitive project information without prior written permission from Mrs. Kay’s. Type below your name to agree to above statement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
