Custom Foil Balloon w/Decal

Custom white foil balloons make great photo props for any event! Each round/square balloon comes with a decal personalized with a name/text of your choice in black vinyl! Assembly Required: You will need to apply the decal to the balloon after you have inflated it. Note: Do not over-inflate the balloons as they will burst. Warm conditions can make the foil expand, so keep them in a controlled environment.
